Jantar saudável Ingredientes: • Carne moída • Purê de batata • Requeijão • Tomate • Queijo • Orégano Modo de preparo: molde uma cestinha de carne moída, recheie com purê de batata, adicione queijo, um pouco de requeijão e uma rodela de tomate.
